Sadé "Slim" Stewart was born in Florida but raised in Louisiana where she graduated as her high school's Valedictorian. She earned an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice, a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from a Christian University in East Texas, all while playing collegiate basketball. She was inducted into the University’s Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame as the second all-time scorer.
Professionally, she is the Director of Technical for an automotive lubricants company, where she oversees both Research & Development and Quality Control Laboratories. She is also the owner of several businesses, one which encourages positivity and stewardship, a residential leasing company providing affordable housing, and a transportation equipment leasing company.
